Have lived here for more than 2 years. Best apartment I have rented in mid west so far! The staff is really friendly and helpful; The price is quite reasonable considering the good service and amenities I got so far. The location is pretty convenient, a lot of good restaurants within walking distance plus everywhere is almost within a few minutes driving distance. Almost all service/maintenance requests can be addressed immediately! Love this place 🙂 Would like to make here home another year

The apartments are beautiful and built in 2018 (at least the one I was in). All the appliances are top of the line and the layouts are nice. Also plenty of onsite amenities like grills (again, top of the line), a small fitness center, and large rooms to rent for parties and such. But most of all, their management is the best I have ever seen. They have an office onsite so you can go there anytime you need during work hours. They also answer emails and maintenance requests extremely quickly. No complaints whatsoever.

Great amenities, friendly staff and reasonably priced; Deco apartments are a great place to live. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by and it’s only a 20 minute drive to downtown. I highly recommend!
